Guest Self-Catering Protocol in Effect

Guest are required to clean the rental space(s) at the end of their stay and return it to the same level of cleanliness as when they arrived. A checklist of what this entails, along with the location of cleaning supplies and equipment can be downloaded here

  • Generally, this means that guests are required to clean areas used (including Hillside if applicable), normally the kitchen, bathroom(s), vacuuming, dusting. 
  • A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for sub-optimal cleaning, established at check-out time.

Garbage and Recycling

Guests must pack out their garbage and recycling. The Boyle Landfill is open Friday through Monday; check the link for your specific time/date.
